Angelica

Angelica Panganiban is a Filipino-American actress, model and TV host as well as a comedian. She is regarded as the new Queen of Drama by several media outlets, Panganiban has been hailed as being among the most skilled and experienced actresses from the Philippines. Although angelica root is a reference to it is a root used in herbal supplements A. Archangelica contains all of the plant's components, which include the fruits, seeds and even flowers. Sinensis is made mostly using the root of the plant. Angelica was a contestant on America's Got Talent season 12, in which she made it through the initial round of auditions. Her rendition to Rise Up performed by Andra Days was a big help in her passing. Angelica was awarded the gold buzzer of the guest judges Chris Hardwick in the Judge Cuts Round after performing Girl on Fire by Alicia Keys. This sent her straight into live shows. The singer performed her rendition of without You from David Guetta in her semi-final performance, and then Clarity by Zedd in the live shows. Angelica was able to advance into the Finals. She sang Symphony, performed by Clean Bandit. At the end of the show, she sang Stronger alongside Kelly Clarkson with Kechi Ohwuchi. It was her first time as a contestant to ever finish in second place. Angelica Hale became very sick in 2012, when she was only 4 years old. She was diagnosed with double pneumonia that was caused by a severe strep-pneumococcal bacteria infection. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston was able to place Angelica Hale on ECMO care for life-saving treatment. The patient became septic and suffered multiple organ failure, including her kidneys which did not fully recover. Her new normal was the peritoneal, and later hemodialysis. After having spent 80 days in hospital her condition changed from close to death, and then a lengthy recovery journey. Angelica endured dialysis treatments for more than a decade and half of that time before she was able to undergo her kidney transplant. It was her mother who donated her kidney. On September 13 2013 Angelica and her mom went through the successful transplantation of their kidney at two remarkable hospitals right across from each other-Emory University Hospital and Children's Health of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale, a young teenager from Atlanta, who always wanted to be an actress and singer and is currently working towards this dream.
